- Parking: The arboretum parking lot is about 500 metres from the event site. You will have to walk to the site.
- Consumption of alcohol and cannabis: The consumption of alcohol or cannabis is prohibited on site. The SIAQ does not hold any permits this year.
- Meals: Volunteer lunches are included for those on duty for a full day. It is provided by the Fraternité provinciale des ouvriers en électricité - Local 1676. There will be no on-site snacks. Bring your own reusable bottle, as a water refill station will be set up. For the meal included, if you need a vegetarian option, you must request it at least 5 working days before the event.
- Complying PPE in good condition mandatory for technical volunteers
- Bring mosquito repellent, as there are plenty on site.
- Camping: Camping is not permitted on site.
