- Parking: Details to come.
- Alcohol and Cannabis Consumption: Consumption of alcohol and cannabis is prohibited.
- Meals: The lunch for volunteers is included for those who are on duty for a full day. It is provided by the "FPOE - Local 1676". There will be no organized snack. Bring your reusable bottle, a water filling station will be set up. For the included meal, if you have dietary restrictions or allergies, you must request it at least 5 business days before the event.
- Compliant and good condition PPE mandatory for technical volunteers
- Bring insect repellent.
