- Parking: Details to come.
- Alcohol and cannabis consumption: Alcohol and cannabis consumption is prohibited.
- Meals: Volunteer lunch is included for those who are on duty for a full day. It is offered by the "sponsor to come". There will be no organized snack bar. Bring your reusable bottle, a water filling station will be set up. For the included meal, if you have dietary restrictions or allergies, you must request it at least 5 business days before the event.
- Mandatory compliant and good condition PPE for technical volunteers
- Bring insect repellent.
