Other Guidelines
- Parking: Details to follow.
- Consumption of Alcohol and Cannabis: The consumption of alcohol and cannabis is prohibited.
- Meals: The lunch for volunteers is included for those who are on duty for a full day. It is provided by the Provincial Brotherhood of Electrical Workers - Local 1676. There will be no organized snack bar. Bring your reusable bottle, a water refill station will be set up. For the included meal, if you have dietary restrictions or allergies, you must request it at least 5 business days before the event.
- Proper and well-maintained PPE mandatory for technical volunteers
- Bring insect repellent.
