OPPORTUNITIES TO OBTAIN CECs

On this page, you will find a list of continuing education activities, many of which have already been approved and entitle you to continuing education credits (CECs).

Many of these activities are not organized by the SIAQ. Please click on each event link for all the details. Some activities may have registration fees.

Obtaining CECs is your responsibility: make sure to follow the procedures indicated by the presenter.

Important: For any event that is not organized by the SIAQ and does not provide a CEC code at the end of the training, you must request a certificate of participation from the organizer in order to submit your CEC request.

Launch of a series of webinars organized by INRAE and Université Laval, Research Chair on Urban Trees and Their Environment (CRAUM), (Quebec) on the theme of ecosystem services associated with urban forests. Through dialogues between scientists and practitioners, these webinars aim to provide a multidisciplinary perspective on the services but also the services provided by city trees.
The first webinar will shed light on the cultural services related to urban forests. We are pleased to welcome Maude Flamand-Hubert, professor at Université Laval and Ghislain Breton, Director of the Urban Ecosystems Section, Division of Biodiversity and Climate Change at the City of Quebec.
