Update Your Certified Arborist Profile

The ISA has recently updated its certification search website treesaregood to make it easier for everyone to find ISA certification holders by location or verify certification statuses.

If you are an ISA certification holder and wish to be visible in the tool, you must update your information on Accredible as outlined below.

  • You must update your settings on Accredible even if you were listed on the previous version of the treesaregood website.
  • You must register on Accredible even if you had already chosen to be listed via MyISA.
  • If you do not wish to be listed, we still highly recommend updating your information on Accredible so that your certification can be verified more easily (you can always choose not to be listed).

Steps to follow to update your settings on Accredible:

  1. Log in to Accredible here (your login information – email and password – are the same as those you use to log in to the ISA website).
  2. If you don't remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link (use the email address associated with your ISA account again). If you don't know your ISA account email, contact the SIAQ or ISA as indicated below.
  3. Once logged into Accredible, go to "Personal Information" in the left menu. You can set your workplace there. You can also add a photo, a biography, and your professional experience. Everything you enter here will appear on your public profile.
  4. Then go to "Directory Profile" in the left menu. You can choose to be listed or not in the online search database.
  5. You can also download a digital copy of your ISA certificates and ISA accreditation logos by clicking on "My Accreditations" at the top of the page.

The directory is available at www.treesaregood.org, which automatically redirects to the new database: https://certificates.directory.isa-arbor.com/. The directory allows everyone to find you by location, name, or ISA certification number. Please note that this is a brand-new database. Some small "bugs" might still occur. If you see something, feel free to let us know. Corrections will be made by the ISA team.
